I have had an on-off fever/feeling sick for 3 months now?

You are soooooo dying! I once heard of a guy that felt fine, went to bed and died without warning! Your falling apart at the seems so your probably screwed! It would appear that you have a terminal case of "Swimmers Death" and that the only cure for it would be NOT dying. You seem to be doing a terrible job of that so far so I'd recommend getting your affairs in order and making the necessary arrangements.
