What to do?

Ok, I don't talk much and I never have. I don't know if it's affecting my relationship.with my BF right now. I called him for a week and he did not pick up. He called me Tuesday of last week and we talk for 15 mins. He said he had to go but he'd call me back and he never did. I called him last Friday and we only talked for 2 mins. because he wanted to talk to his friends. He asked me if I was doing anything that weekend and said he'd call back before he ended conversation. He never called back so I never went to see him. I sent him an e-mail inviting him to come over but he never did. I explained to him that this is my first real relationship. He never answered. During HS, I only had 3 BF's and they were all 1 week relationships. I know that I shouldn't lie or cheat, but other than that, I don't know how I should and shouldn't be. I don't know any rules. I want to be great, I'm just afraid that I will mess up. My heart is weary from other things, I'm just confused....
