Mr Rockrose: After the due process of the Law of the Church, having considered the evidence presented, with the split involueradas and the character sacred of the marriage, this Court, of First Instance, under it guides of the Espiritu Holy, has ruled the following final sentence in the marriage of: MARIA LETICIA GALVEZ, PART DEMAND YOU, AND RICARDO ROCKROSE, PART DEMANDED. It is the failure of this Court that this marriage be considered null and invalid since its beginning was due to the coincidental one of DEFECT OF CONSENT. This decision was approved by the Cut of Second Instance in the Court of the Diocesis of Orange, California, March 6, 2009.
