I think I am getting sick and I am concerned about my newborn!?

Hi all, I have a 1 week old baby and recently I have had a sore throat and my glands are tender. I will go to the doctor tomorrow, but being a new mother has made me an even bigger worrier than before! I hold him all of the time and I don't even know if I am sick! What if it is swine flu! Ughhh, I didn't think it was possible to worry more than I already did. Anyone who has been sick right after they had their baby? Some words of comfort would be so appreciated.
