My daughter had surgery for pyloric stenosis last month and still vomits?

before she had the surgery it was projectile vomiting and alot in amount. but its been 2 or 3 weeks now since the surgery and she will still vomit..it ISNT projectile anymore and it isnt really big amounts..but idk if she is just spitting up alot or what..sometimes she will actually spit up alot..she always has a gag reflex too and idk why..my question is..is it normal for her to spit up all the time whether she burps or not and is it normal for her to be gagging all the time? i dont remember her doing that before the surgery.
