The oddest breakfast...is this okay?

I don't think you'll gain weight from it, but it's pretty unhealthy. Popcorn has no nutrients, neither do quaker mini delights, and protein bars are pure crap for your body...but suit yourself. If you hate breakfast food so much...why don't you just eat fruit (obviously you like it since you say you eat lots of it later on) or make yourself a smoothie....or if that still doesn't sound good, have dinner or lunch food for breakfast. a chicken sandwhich on whole wheat bread would be a hell of a lot better for you than the crap you're eating right now. how can you function after starting your day with such unhealthy food?? i couldn't do that.
