What should I do? Athletics Carnival?

Ok, sign up for my school's athletics carnival closes on Monday and I haven't signed up... I'm automatically in the 100m, but my tutor is also my house patron and i feel like she will be really mad at me if i don't sign up for anything... problem is... I can't run, which only leaves me with the field events but I dont know how to do any of them. What should I do?
