Allergic reaction to soapy bubble bath give you thrush? & can you damage your skin down there by itching it?!?

I think i had some kind of allergic reaction to bubble bath, cause i got REALLY itchy down there, but it's been a few days now and i've still kind of got it. Also i itched so much that i bled myself down there and broke the skin (hymen?) a bit and it was painfull for ages. Have i done serious damage because it was quite sore? :/
