Can i find a good gas airsoft rifle that wont break the bank (350) or anyone elses skin? if so, what one?

it would be nice if i could also put a scope on it. i would lke a bolt action such as the KWA M700 but its wayyyy tooooo fast. or somethin like a Marushin M2 but more upgradeable.
