How many football games are decided by the ref's calls each year?

Almost every week there is 1 game that is directly influenced by a bad call from a official. Most of the times its just human error but every now and then a ref will have some type of agenda either for or against some team. The league does watch for that and when it becomes obvious they do quietly remove the ref from the game eventually.
