Pronouncing "Syrup" AND "Orange" -in NJ?

My family says "arnj" and "sir-up." We're from Philly. Lots of people from around here say it that way. (We also get made fun of for saying "wooder" for water and "cawf-ee" for coffee. I could go on and on about that...)
